12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by Alberta laws and any disputes arising from its interpretation shall be resolved through mediation or litigation in accordance with such laws.

13. Termination of Services

The Casino may terminate these Terms and Conditions, modify the services provided or restrict access without prior notice at any time for operational requirements.

14. Entirety of Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between you (the patron) and Cowboys Casino Poker Room regarding our terms and conditions of service.

15. Amendments to this Agreement

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, effective upon posting on our website or notice in a public area within the premises.
